They are currently doing a 50% recurring discount promotion on WHT with coupon code wht50p. That brings down their Basic VPS package to $5/month, and you get:

• 512MB memory
• 20GB storage
• 1,000GB/month data transfer
• OpenVZ/vePortal
• 2 IP addresses

Servers are in Scranton PA. If anything, this looks very similar to BurstNET’s offer a few days ago. Even CpanelHost confirmed that they are “BurstNET’s partner”. Looks like they are on BurstNET’s Resale Program which gets 25% discount on BurstNET’s already cheap server packages.
